I gave up on trying to pick colors and turned to creative process back over to Nick. Pointed to a 1'x1' patch on the wall marked with nearly a dozen colors and said, "Let's just go with any two colors here in this section." The colors were a surprise and it turned out perfect. It is definitely inspired by fun.
